Banco N26 Fechou no Reino Unido - Brexit foi dado como razão

Os concorrentes já estão a colocar anúncios para a busca no Google, mas é verdade, o banco N26 vai fechar todas as contas do Reino Unido:

"We wrote to you on 11 February to explain that, in due course, we will no longer be able to operate in the UK with our European Banking License. This means we will be leaving the UK and closing your account.

Termination Notice
Your account will close on 15 April 2020, in line with our terms and conditions
Transferring your money
If you have money in your account, you can transfer it to an alternative bank account by bank transfer. You can also remove money from your account by ATM withdrawal (up to the daily limit) or by spending the money on your account via card payment. Click  herefor more information on how to make a bank transfer in-app.

If you have a negative balance, we ask you to top up your account by bank transfer.

Regular or recurring payments
Where you have regular or recurring payments on your account, these will no longer be supported after 15 April 2020. Please make alternative arrangements for all recurring payments on your account, these can include:

  • Repeating payments using your debit card (e.g. Netflix, gym membership)
  • Direct debits (e.g. utility suppliers, insurance premiums)
  • Where your debit card is stored in an e-wallet (e.g. PayPal, iTunes)
  • Regular incoming payments (e.g. salary, dividends)

After 15 April, please be aware that any outstanding payments that you have in place (including direct debits) will not be completed. You should make alternative arrangements to settle such payments.

Please note, we are not part of the Current Account Switch Service (CASS).

From now until 15 April 2020
Your account and app will continue to work as they do today until 15 April 2020, including withdrawing cash from ATMs, paying with your card, transferring money and using your Spaces.
